Dream it. Do It. Virginia Workforce Readiness for Advanced Manufacturing
The seventh webinar in our 2014 series took place on Wednesday, July 16, 2014, at 3:00 p.m.
The Virginia Manufacturers Association (VMA) has established an online career information system to bring educational materials about careers and credentials in advanced manufacturing as well as employment opportunities to students, job seekers, and educators. It is called “Dream It. Do It. Virginia.” Its goal is to facilitate workforce and career readiness and increase employment among advanced manufacturers in Virginia.
This FREE webinar will showcase how “Dream It. Do It. Virginia” supports partners in sharing best practices on educational and promotional strategies. Attendees will hear how various tools, resources and programs are being applied to prepare students and job seekers for careers in today’s high-tech manufacturing sectors.
